GIRLS COMPETITIVE (Ages 13-18)

The Competitive Program at Playmaker Futbol Academy stands among the premier player development pathways in the Southwest. Guided by an Executive Director and leadership staff, our licensed, professional coaches lead multiple teams across varying age groups and ability levels - including elite travel squads competing at the local, regional, and national stages.

Every competitive roster is led by a dedicated professional coach responsible for player development, match preparation, and season planning. Team seasons typically begin in late summer (August or September) and conclude in either early spring or early summer (March or June), depending on age group and competition schedule. Each team is also supported by a volunteer Team Manager who assists with communication and administrative coordination, allowing the coach to focus fully on training and match performance. All field instruction and tactical guidance are delivered exclusively by professional coaching staff except in rare emergency situations.

In addition, Playmaker Futbol Academy provides supplemental development opportunities, with select offerings available at no additional cost. Specialized goalkeeper training and college pathway advisory sessions are among the added resources designed to support long-term player growth.
